Torgy has had long experience in the design and manufacture of pressure vessels and solutions for the shipping and oil & gas industry. With a highly skilled workforce Torgy are able to design and manufacture pressure vessels, process equipment and tanks across a wide range of materials. Using specialist software packages including AUTOCAD and Visual Vessel Design Software Torgy engineers ensure that mechanical designs meet the requirements of various international design codes and standards, these include but are not limited to: ASME VIII Div 1, PED 97/23/EC, PD5500, NORSOK Standards, EN13445, DNV Offshore Rules, ASME B31.3 and NACE MR0175.

Torgy sources most materials from Norway and ensures that dished heads and forgings are purchased from accredited suppliers. Torgy has close relationships with Norsok M-650 qualified manufacturers. Fabrication is undertaken at ‘Torgy Baltic’ our own manufacturing facility in Latvia which boasts the latest CNC Laser, Water Jet and Plasma cutting and profiling equipment. Surface coating of completed fabrications is carried out within our own NORSOK approved paint facility. To further enhance our commitment to quality all welding is NS-EN ISO 3834-2 certified and inspected by our own in house Level II NDT Technicians.

In addition to the manufacture of pressure vessels Torgy also specializes in products which can be supplied individually or as a skid mounted unit: , Hydrophore Units / Skid Package, Carbon Filters, Calorifier and Water Hardening Filters UV – Steriliser. Torgy holds type approval certificates by: DNV, GL, ABS, LRS & BV
