As a global leader in metal cutting, Sandvik Coromant is once again organizing Tech Days, a three-day event where the world's leading production companies meet to share expertise and ideas for the industry. After a two-year break, Tech Days will again be held at the Sandvik Coromant Center in Sandviken, Sweden. The event takes place from 27 to 29 September 2022.  This year, Tech Days will focus on the core theme of digitalisation and sustainability and the impact this has on the manufacturing industry of the future. The event will include a number of exhibitions from production and machining companies, including 18 Sandvik Coromant partners, plus seminars and panel debates with industry experts. The aim of the event is to give participants the opportunity for learning, networking and discussion regarding these core topics.

 The CEO and CEO of Sandvik Group, Stefan Widing, will be present to lead a discussion panel with other industry experts. In addition, Helen Blomqvist, CEO of Sandvik Coromant, Tomas Frimmel, CEO of Microsoft Sweden, Erik Jansson, Nordic Sales Cluster Manager for Sandvik Coromant and Camilla Nevstad Bruzelius, Sandvik Coromant's newly appointed head of sustainable business.

 "Sustainability is a significant priority for the manufacturing industry and a main focus for this year's Tech Days," explains Ann-Sophie Stern, senior marketing manager for the Northern Europe sales region at Sandvik Coromant. “Sandvik Coromant's global presence provides a multifaceted perspective on sustainability, but our sense of responsibility for the environment and people can be traced all the way back to the 1970s. During Tech Days, we hope to share some of our sustainability successes with participants while learning from other companies. ”

 Tech Days will also give participants the opportunity to attend demonstrations of the tools and technologies on display at the Sandvik Coromant Center. This includes the latest CoroPak version which will be launched a week after the event.
