TPC and TP is being merged into TP-Products. We have a bold vision to become the undisputed leader in the market by reshaping the way valves and connectors are designed, manufactured and maintained, and we are doing this on the back of a strong culture with advanced products and services to the renewable, defence and oil & gas industries. In house production capabilities secure high quality and on time delivery, and product development is the cornerstone of our profitable growth.

While we originally started in the oil and gas and mechanical industries, we are quickly positioning our business towards the renewable industries in general, and offshore wind in particular.  With a strong focus on ESG, TP-Products will continue to provide sales, marketing, design and development of advanced and high-quality Compact Flanges, Clamp Connectors and Subsea Valves.

Backed by our current owners we are proactively targeting profitable growth and building a new management team including additional key resources in sales and marketing and engineering for our targeted markets.   We are also carefully assessing our strategic options including acquisitions and new shareholders who can enable the group to follow up the defined strategic growth opportunities. The new organizational set up, innovative products and high-quality in-house production capabilities lay the foundation for value creating growth with superior performance for our customers, challenging and attractive working environment for our employees, and competitive returns for our shareholders.
